I am submitting this complaint to report a loss of heat and unsafe living conditions in my apartment unit during winter conditions in Seattle.The building management broke the heating system during maintenance . However, the notice provided to residents stated that the system would be shut off during maintenance hours only, not overnight. I would like to report a serious safety hazard with our building's elevator. The elevator doors are closing without stopping when someone or something is in the doorway. There is no safety sensor. This poses a high risk of injury to residents, including children, pets, and individuals with mobility devices.

Apartment Building: HelmLocation: Helm residential garage on floor P1 (NOT the chargers in the Google section of P1)I am uncertain if the EV chargers here are safely installed and adhere to municipal code, given repeated error messages displayed by the chargers.
