Dumpster area is regularly overloaded and flows out into shared property areas. This is exacerbated by birds and gulls pulling it all apart as well. The current dumpster is beyond full by 100% at least and this is a regular occurrence. It has been this way all week and could have easily just scheduled an extra pickup to avoid the issue.Reference 006386-25

6:30pm time of this compliantLarge apartment building fire alarm has been Alarming since ~4:00pm today. Extremely loud in over a one block radius. Neighbors state contractor was asked to silence alarm. No contractor onsite & construction fencing locked. No contact provided onsite.
