Per online complaint: "Substandard rental housing conditions: exposed wiring throughout the house, illegal use of extension cables to power house, a plethora of unsheathed electrical wire, lead paint flaking, unaccounted water usage (500 gallons a day for 3 people). I have provided 2 letters to my landlord without resolve."
