There is a sewer and metal grate installed by the city of Seattle just behind the Regan Lee apartments in an alleyway on 3rd Ave. W. The metal doors have loosened and make an incredibly loud noise whenever cars pass over causing major disturbances with the elderly, and the residents whose windows are just near the alley way. This is a fairly common alley way for delivery trucks, sanitation trucks and many people use the alley way to access their building parking. We need
