Bathroom ceiling has collapsed. Water from unrepaired leak caused sheet rock from ceiling to crash to the ground. Water pouring from ceiling fan makes toilet directly below unusable. Per Online;Brown stale water leaking from seams in the ceiling, as well as out of the ventilation ceiling fan and dome light fixture in the bathroom. The first time this happened was Oct 14th. They had since made repairs and cleaned up the residue left from the water. This occurrence today is happening exactly from every patched seam and from the fan again. Per Online; There is significant water damage to the bathroom ceiling above the tub. I have contacted my property manager and maintenance team multiple times as it is getting worse daily, but have had no response aside from a simple check with the false result that it is caused by a leak in the roof.
