I have lived in the Lowr unit of this property since August 1st 2023.  Within one week of moving in I made written notice to my landlord to have a few simple issues address including:- Kitchen faucet leaks excessively - Kitchen vent hood for gas range inoperable - loose and unsecured electrical wires in the ceilingThese issues were not fixed and since then, other issues have arrived such as insufficient heat, my gas account being taken from my name, uncontrollable heat, leaky washer,
