Per CSB: 6045 3rd ave NW And 6542 3rd ave nw -concrete walls leaning over sidewalks. Hi, walking yesterday I noticed two different concrete retaining walls holding back a lot of dirt ... that had broken from both left and ride sides of their edges ... each appear imminent to fall into the sidewalks and passing pedestrians.
