Landlord has not made repairs to broken stove in 2 months. Initial maintenance visit on 5/11/2026 confirmed two burners spark and are not functional when switched on and recommended a stove replacement. Management verbally agreed to replace the stove, however no repairs have been made since. A maintenance request was re-submitted via tenant portal for the same stove issue on 6/4/2026, but no repairs have been started or made.
