On 10/8/2026, a Stop Work order was posted on the front door of the building. The Stop Work order was removed later that day, but replaced later that same afternoon. After the second time the Stop Work order was posted, it was removed again, also on 10/8/2026. I do not know who removed the Stop Work order either time.Since the Stop Work order was posted, construction work has continued within the building, including:- Work done on the front door of the building, including the use of power

Landlord is undertaking substantial gut renovations to multiple apartments, with no permit records on file. Walls have been removed to studs and brick in at least 9 units, with replaced doors for 2 units already. Additional construction work has been occurring in the basement.
