We have been renting for over a year and have received little to no help on reported issues, when we do receive help it comes with a lot of ill feelings. I do not believe that the property has been inspected in a long time, which is why issues have been neglected. We have drafty windows and doors that actively let in cold air, and base heaters that immediately leak outside instead of heating the house. Our only reliable source of heat is an antique wood stove that we were told by one company n
