I am a long-term tenant in the same building as the licensed short-term rental at 6057 3rd Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107. The second story bedroom facing the street has windows that are ground level in the bedroom and open fully. There is nothing to protect from a fall. Looking over (https://mybuildingpermit.com/sites/default/files/TS_23_Window_Fall_Protection-2021_Final.pdf) it completely violates what is said there and should probably be looked into.
