The management is not providing adequate maintenance or upkeep for this old building. This complaint is for being unable to contact an emergency maintenance staff member or any member of staff after a window pane fell out due to the wooden casement rotting away. I raised concerns about these windows and now I am not able to get help with an open hole into my apartment. They make excuses about the buildings age all the time but this is just neglect. Someone needs to come and inspect the windows,
