Per Online; Northwest Property Management refuses to install a key for USPS so we can have mail delivered. They are dishonestly claiming that USPS is not communicating and that a contractor is scheduled for repair. It has been over a month since we have received mail on site.

Postal worker left a notice on our apartment mail box that USPS would no longer deliver to the building (Castellan Apartments) until a key box was installed and residents would need to pick up mail at the Seattle Carrier Annex. This is the second notice the building received and we were under the impression that the issue was resolved as mail resumed shortly after the first notice which was on August 5th.
