TENANT HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH WATER TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE--LANDLORD FIXED PROBLEM IN SHOWER AND KITCHEN SINK BUT THE ONLY WAY TO GET HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK IS TO TURN OFF THE COLD WATER--TENANT DOES NOT THINK THAT THIS IS A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION
