Per Inspector: 2 weeks ago event happened in apartment building- someone broke into the apartment- person was one of the neighbors, same building- turns out it was a repeat offender (illegal entry)- they have not changed the locks as requested/required by tenant (last year)- since recent incident, landlord has still not changed locks- also building has not evicted person breaking into apartments- last year they issued a neighbor the master key to building.- has had multiple ins

issues with landlord, Maintenance request put in a month ago and nothing has been done. unlawful entry-A few days go. Landlord sent in maintenance workers into unit without notice and tenant was not present during. Wants to know rights as a tenant and what options they have to move forward.
