The last time the compost bin here was emptied was on January 17, 2024, and that was only because I talked to the recycle truck driver, and he had the trash truck driver empty the compost bin. The bin is a breeding ground for flies, and all sorts of other critters, and it stinks.Spoke to complainant (5/22) what are rights as Mgmt is not handling garbage/recycling/compost pick ups. There was a fire in the building on August 25, 2025. A couple of days later I overheard a conversation between a Redside Partners representative (the property management company) and an electrician regarding fire related work. Redside asked the electrician if they could just have their techs do the work and have the electrician oversee it. (The electrician said no.) The gutters appear to be improperly maintained or constructed, resulting in water being directed onto the window ledges.
