Water damage has caused severe structural and mold damage to my apartment unit. I complained about allergy issues from the mold and it took longer than 72 hours for the flooding and mold issues to be fixed. The property management team has not followed proper timelines to resolve these issues and dragged their feet for weeks to fix unit flooding that exacerbated the structural and mold issues.
