NOISE--per online--Directly behind our building on 49th street, construction is being done to build a 3 story home. For weeks now, they have begun pounding and jackhammering at 8 am every Saturday morning. Looking at the City noise codes, construction cannot begin until 9am. Many of us in our apartment building work during the week, we have small children, and it is becoming quite a nuisance on the weekends to wake up to loud pounding at 8am. I am hoping someone can confront
