Per customer's daughter living in adjacent unit (4), Lousel Velasco: Electrical issues: lights have been flickering for 3 weeks, surge protectors are failing, resulting in blown fuses; customer requires use of CPAP machine to sleep, but is afraid to plug it in; landlord will not send electrician and makes excuses for inaction. Please communicate with customer via Lousel Velasco.
