Owner planted hedge that blocks one-third of sidewalk. Pedestrians with mobility issues are barred from using this stretch of the public sidewalk, which is discrimination!!

Per Online;Weeds are growing into the sidewalks surrounding this corner lot. Some kind of vine that gave me red bumps all along my upper arm when brushed up against as I was walking along Cherry and turning onto 20th Ave. Their mailbox is also intruding into the sidewalk where the unwary can knock into.
