They have been throwing trash out the third story window over a public side walk with no safety signs or tape set up, as well as lowering a garbage can full of debris by rope that slams into the units below's windows. The roof is damaged and leaking. There is significant damage to the ceiling of unit 310 due to water seepage from the roof. I am concerned its a much larger issue and will spread to other units and injure life or property of the residents. PLEASE escalate this and come inspect the building.
