Violation of RCW.59.18.280- Landlord did not refund my total security deposit ($350 kept) despite the fact that myself or the landlord did not sign a move in checklist when I moved in.No checklist was provided as the keys were left in a lockbox at move-in. In addition, the landlord did not give me a full and specific statement explaining the reasons for withholding any portion of the deposit within 21 days after I moved out.

The apartment buildings here (Jakarta Apartments) do not clean up the trash around the back of their building, and in the alley. Their tenants are often seen leaving furniture on the sidewalk on 6th ave and NW 85th, and the property managers seem to not have any interest in handling all the littering that's happening, which then blows onto our properties.
