Huntington Arms located at 616 East Thomas St. in Capitol Hill is FILLED with code violations, gaping holes in the floors, mold at every turn, cracked walls, bedrooms with no heat source whatsoever, bedrooms with no doors, electrical cords sticking out of walls, and electrical cords tangled in lint outside the back window, exposed to the outdoors
