Since 2015 I have had impeccable rental history. In November 2020 I lost my job and have had trouble paying rent. I have not been able to make a full payment since December. I communicated this to Pacific Crest Real Estate and have put what little money I have towards rent. I have received payment plan offers but I am not comfortable agreeing to something considering the unpredictability of my finances. I let Pacific Crest Real Estate know multiple times that I am aware of
