To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint anonymously because I fear for my safety. Martin Court Apartments, operated by LIHI, has become increasingly unsafe and unmanageable. Violent incidents, drug activity, and after-hours trespassing by both current and former tenants occur regularly without intervention.There is no security, no access control, and no accountability.
