Per online complaint: "Located between 58 & 68 W Etruria Street, new house construction. For last 6 months have consistently started work at about 6:45 (including weekends)...today is Veterans Day, a power saw was turned on about 7:10 for about 20 minutes. We asked to keep it down once, but worker didn't understand us."

Per 11/17/08 online complaint: "I am having seepage into my carport. There is a 4 plex townhouses being built. My understanding they had problems with water drainage. They received permission to have it drain into the alley.
