I'd like to file a complaint about the lights installed in the hallway adjacent to my living room and bedroom windows via the alley, even with the shades drawn light comes through all night. They used to have much dimmer lights which didn't bother me but the new ones are pretty aggressive. Hoping the building might be open to switching to something closer to what they had previously. They've also installed a gate/fence in the same alley and have told us that it's for security purposes b

I am a tenant at 620 5th Ave W, Unit 411, Seattle, WA 98119. I received a 30-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate from Redside Partners, alleging I owe $1,895 for May 2025 rent. However, this rent was fully prepaid as "Last Month's Rent" per my lease agreement, and that payment was confirmed and transferred to Redside by the prior property manager, NW Apartments. I have provided documentation of this, including the lease clause, my payment history, and a ledger breakdown from NW Apartments showing

New management company has bought property and remoded all other units. They are now looking to remodel complainants unit. They have informed her they can move her temporarily to new unit for $300 rent increase. They have also informed her when her unit is complete, her rent will raise $400 from her current price. They have also let her know they will be raising again Jan 1st of 2026
