Tenant been living in unit for 6yrs, roof has had issues needs work. Landlord told tenant she needed to be out for 6days so the work could be done. Came back after that and then was told she needed to be out for the entire month of June. Can she break the lease, doesn't know what to do, should they put her up in a hotel? What are the laws on breaking the lease? Hasn't heard anything from Landlord in over a week
