Someone, most likely the building manager or vice president who lives in unit 101 is illegally shutting off the water to my entire building without posting any notice or executing any plan to address what they have identified as a water leak in the pipes, yet none exist. Our building roof is compromised and allows water damage when it rains, however. I've owned a unit in this building g since 2009. We are a condo building with a condo association. I am the former president and am very knowledgeable of the maintenance needs of the building more than anyone.  After I stepped down there was work performed to our crawl space that nobody was ever notified about.  The only reason I was aware is because I'm on the top floor and I could hear the workers inside the attic working.  I was told it was my neighbor who took over as president remodeling h

Per Online; Condo owner is aware noise is at an unreasonable level and is continuous and refuses to alleviate (not eliminate) the noise through any means of mitigation. . It sounds like a mix between a power generator, and a washing machine with rocks inside of it.
