A window latch in the building's shared laundry room has been broken for years. Management has known about the issue, and there has been a sign posted saying the latch would be repaired, but it still had not been fixed. On 6/30/2026, someone entered through that window and stole a tenant's bicycle from the laundry room. This is a known unrepaired security issue in a common area.
