This is on the NE 62nd side of the property. 6202 38th Ave NE. Vegetation significantly blocking sidewalk. Please tell me why you keep closing this without resolving the issue

Vegetation is STILL blocking sidewalk at 6202 38th Ave NE. It is on the south side (corner lot). I submitted photos 4 months ago and somehow this complaint was closed. This is a HUGE hazard now.
