Hi,A developer has submitted drawings for a permit of a new residence with ADU and DADU next to our house. The Site plan submitted to the city failed to represent our 1950s existing garage and shed that are grandfathered in (6210 43rd AVE NE). The DADU will be too close to this and needs to be moved to be 10' south of the property, otherwise, this will violate fire code. There are a few other concerns I have, that are as follows:1.
