From CSB: Cheryl, I hate to bother you but I tried sending this both through the CSB and DPD's complaint form and could not get either to accept the photo. In this case, a photo is worth a thousand words! This is an on-going problem and has been reported several times (according to one of the neighbors).Thank you for anything you can do to get it to the responsible City employee.
