I have had raw sewage flood the dirt basement in my rental on 3 separate occasions since 01/2023, 05/27 and 05/28. Smell is coming up through the floors (feces). No plumber has fixed the issue just maintenance crew doing what they can.Ongoing rat issues - I have requested the basement be cleaned of large piles rat feces.No working handrail on stairs.Unstable sidewalk due to slipping foundation
