Per 8/15/17 SR 73149 processed for work w/o permits at 6208 5th AVE NW. Per 8/31/17 email from craig@seattlefloor.com (assuming he wants confidentiality) he sent photo of property at 6212 5th AVE NW stating: I drove by last night at approx. 8:00 pm and took the attached image of the home and a parked work truck.
