Elliott Condominium's tree growth reaches across a city street (6th Ave W) onto the property of Seaview Condominiums (519 W Roy St). The tree limbs reach into residents' windows unless they themselves trim them. The treetops have grown to obscure 90% of my view since I purchased my home 3 years ago. The building arranged for tree service months ago but it did not address these communicated concerns.
