This location is renting out a unit through Air bnb that is not a legal bedroom. The unit 101 is a basement unit wwith no egress window. The widow opens around 4 feet off the ground and within 1 foot of the window is a high wooden wall. Additionall even the 1 foot area is blocked in so if a person could get to this area, they wouldn't be able to escape. Additionally, the ceiling is well below 7ft high.
