I am reporting a violation of Design Guideline CS2-D-5 and SMC 23.45.522 (Amenity Area privacy) at 6230 7th Ave NW. The South-facing windows are positioned to look directly into my private backyard and interior living spaces from a 5-foot setback. This orientation creates an adverse privacy impact and appears to deviate from the privacy mitigations (such as obscured glass or window offsets) required in the Ballard neighborhood for this level of density.
