Construction workers drilling and causing loud banging noises from 10:30-1am on 10/30, have video evidence of the noises from within my apartment. Interfering with sleep and wellness, it the first time this has happened.Reference 012317-24

The construction on Mercer Street to I5 freeway entrance, directly outside of my apartment, is absurdly loud and it's currently midnight. This has been going on way too long and is usually from 10pm-1am every night for the last year. No one can sleep, it's ridiculous.

I live in the 624 Yale Apartments. There's road construction on the street right north of the apartment building at midnight and at 5am for 2 consecutive nights. I had to wear earplugs to fall asleep, but I could still hear the noise and I woke up with a headache. The construction is still going on. The noise come from hammering, drilling devices, and more.
