The construction on Mercer Street to I5 freeway entrance, directly outside of my apartment, is absurdly loud and it's currently midnight. This has been going on way too long and is usually from 10pm-1am every night for the last year. No one can sleep, it's ridiculous.

I live in the 624 Yale Apartments. There's road construction on the street right north of the apartment building at midnight and at 5am for 2 consecutive nights. I had to wear earplugs to fall asleep, but I could still hear the noise and I woke up with a headache. The construction is still going on. The noise come from hammering, drilling devices, and more.
