tenant rights, Inspector Antoine Anderson left notice on door stating they might be able to get TRAO (see) 1057547-VIwant to know if landlord is required to reimburse me for rent that has been paid (inspector stated VI notice states landlord has until Tue 1/23/24 to restore heat)

Visible faulty electrical wiring and an illegal unit with a current tenant. I asked if there is a stove inside the illegal unit he said yes and it can be viewed by the inspector. The tenant stated landlord would rather evict them than to fix the issues.
