Complaint
Opened January 9, 2026
I am experiencing an ongoing heating system defect having to do with disruptive noise. The building uses a boiler with cast iron radiators. After a prolonged loss of heat earlier this winter, the system was restored following a seperate complaint to the City by my neighbor. However, the radiator in my bedroom now produces constant flushing/gurgling noises due to trapped air. The noise is so severe enough to prevent sleep now, everyday for the past 3 weeks. A vendor was finally sent after weeks
