Buildings 613 4th ave and 625 4th ave share a fenced space between the building. 625 4th ave could not produce a property survey for property demarcation for implementing permanent structures. Manager at 625 4th ave needs to legally produce a survey to do anything to the shared space. They are ignoring the law and this needs to be addressed. The space between the building is directly accessible to multiple units on each side sparking security concerns.
