Dear Jeff,I live in a residential apartment building at 6250 33rd Ave NE. Next door is a commercial Dry Cleaning business that I had previously filed a complaint on July 28th, 2009 complaint #27999. I would like to thank you for your assistance in helping me back in 2009, because until now, things have been running smoothly.But, the dry cleaners are increasingly starting their equipment before the hour of 7:00 am during the week.
