8/4/09 JS talked to business owner about the complaint. They said the owner is out of touch but they turned the fan on a little early due to the heatwave. 8/7/09 JS the compainant said it has always been noisy but that she can't ignore it any longer. Per online complaint "NOISE VIOLATION. Stadium Dry Cleaners operates their business in a Residential area next to apartment buildings & single family homes. They start the running of their increasingly loud equipment around the hours of 3:30 AM. The noise is so loud it wakes me up every morning. "
