ZONING--per CSB--Backyard swimming pool at 627 14th Ave E is unmaintained. The pool is now a breeding ground for a while lot of mosquitoes. Considering we have West Nile in town now, this seems like it's worth reporting. Unmaintained swimming pool breeding mosquitoes
