Living in top floor apartment. New landlord asked if they would like to have a washer and dryer in unit as they are remodeling all units. After accepting, they let tenant know she would have to move to another unit temporarily while they complete these upgrades. After installation was complete, they were informed they would need to reapply to move back into original unit and needs to make 5x the rent. Seeking tenant rights.
