Per CSB: The hill has overtake the sidewalk a)pushing pedestrians into the street and b) soon will be in the street. I reported and photographed the moving earth not vegetatoin. The hill is nearly millimeters from the road. The vegetation is incidental to that.This was reported to CSB. Apparently they are reporting a slide. The lot is mapped ECA steep slope
