Complaint: Land Use

Opened November 27, 2023 · Updated December 14, 2023

Corner 63 is a new building. They have built an outdoor stairwell and each of the seven floors is lit with fluorescent lights every hour of the day and night. The light is polluting my home and even shines through blackout curtains, hurting my sleep. The building faces many residential homes. They should either build a wall to cover the stairwell or install motion sensor lights so that they are not on 24/7. Please see the attached photo.
