During late evening hours past 10pm, especially during summer months, the Transformer Vault on the southwest corner of The Grove Apartments building makes both a high-pitched whistling noise and a low-pitched generator-like noise that reaches 55-60 dB from the 3rd floor of the nearby house at 1508 NW 63rd St. Note: when I reported this to building management, they said the Transformer Vault was managed by the city and they could not fix it themselves.
