Complaint

Lack of immediate attention once complained that water is coming out of light fixture. Lack of urgency of immediate danger of electrical shock and/or fire starting since water is leaking out of multiple points of ceiling. This is an ongoing issue with multiple units.

Opened August 8, 2022
During late evening hours past 10pm, especially during summer months, the Transformer Vault on the southwest corner of The Grove Apartments building makes both a high-pitched whistling noise and a low-pitched generator-like noise that reaches 55-60 dB from the 3rd floor of the nearby house at 1508 NW 63rd St. Note: when I reported this to building management, they said the Transformer Vault was managed by the city and they could not fix it themselves.
