Bay view builds remodels houses and doesn't pull permits for any address.The remove structural integrity of their houses , don't do any earthquake proofing, they remove heating and air units instead they install all new wall heaters throughout every house, they think its cheaper to risk getting fined on a few houses that pulling permits and doing things the right way. They make their houses very dangerous.

PER ISA, VP: Can you please create a H/Z complaint for this site? The building inspector did not gain access so I can only issue a NOV for what we can observe from the ROW. They may have added additional units. The complaint states 4 units and KC Records state 3 units.
